The Seed - Stop Motion Video

A fantastic two minute stop-motion, papercraft video that details the journey of an Apple seed. Great stuff!

Away We Go - Movie Trailer

Stumbled across this movie trailer a few minutes ago on BuzzFeed (yes - that site has everything and is totally awesome). I think the movie looks great and it turns out that one of my favorite writers, Dave Eggers, has co-written the screenplay! I'm excited to see it in theaters...

Away We Go

Christopher Niemann

I first heard of artist and designer Christopher Niemann through a BuzzFeed post a while back. Since then, I have been following his NY Times blog and am really enjoying "My Life With Cables" - his latest post. Check it out below. I've also posted a few of his other projects that I really like. Take a look!

WTMD Live Studio Sessions

WTMD, an independent Baltimore-based radio station, brings in a lot of great bands to play live in their studio. They record the sessions and post them at blip.tv. I enjoyed perusing them this morning and wanted to post two of my favorites here. Enjoy some great live music!

Adele - Right As Rain

Bellx1 - The Ribs of A Broken Umbrella

Kermit The Frog Covers Talking Heads

This made my morning a lot happier! Hope it does the same for you...

Astrology Songs

Holy Moly - this is the best thing I have EVER seen.

John Mayer - Battle Studies

I've always been a John Mayer fan - his old tv series entitled "John Mayer Has a TV Show" (see video below) was totally hilarious. I also started following his Twitter updates and am really enjoying those as well.

However, what I'm really digging right now is his Battle Studies blog. He is using the blog to chronicle any of his new artistic endeavours. He blogs about everything from songwriting to new graphic design ideas. He recently posted the following video which shows him working on a song. I'm loving the fact that he is making his creative process so available.

And check out his TV show below - it's classic!
